About the event
Family Constellations is a way of exploring an issue, relationship, or pattern that is difficult to understand or shift.
Sometimes the exploration focuses on your family system—the relationships, roles, loyalties, experiences and patterns that may have shaped you, including influences that are not immediately visible.
At other times, the focus may be more internal: exploring different parts of yourself, such as the inner child, conflicting needs, emotions, beliefs or different aspects of your inner world.
Through a guided process, these different elements can be brought into view and experienced from a new perspective. What has felt confusing, stuck or difficult to see from within may begin to become clearer.
The intention is not to tell you what your experience means, but to create a space where you can explore it with curiosity and discover what may want to shift.
