I graduated in HR Management and built a career as a Regional Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition across Ireland and Europe, all while raising two children, juggling the demands of a busy life, and navigating the challenges of moving to new countries and starting from scratch. Through this journey, I discovered that real transformation goes beyond what we can see or measure. I embraced spirituality and holistic practices, exploring coaching, psychology, energy work, systemic approaches, family constellations, and Reiki. I learned to honor the deep, often unseen resources we carry within us—and how they can guide us through change, growth, and healing. Now, as a coach, I bring all of these experiences together: corporate leadership, career growth, life transitions, people-focused work, immigration and adaptation, and a holistic, spiritually-informed approach. I support my clients in navigating their own challenges—whether career changes, personal transitions, starting over, or periods of overwhelm—helping them reconnect with themselves, develop clarity, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of inner stability.
